Computational neuroscience

The computational neuroscience group at the FMI aims at elucidating the underlying principles of neural computation and biological learning mechanisms. The group uses a creative blend of analytical and computational tools from dynamical systems, control theory, and machine learning to build functional neural network models and multivariate analysis techniques to compare model representational to experimental data.
